Beth Sokohl lives in Howard County, Maryland, with her husband, Golden Retrievers (Jazz, Joker, and Cinco), a German Shorthair Pointer (Axel), horses and cats. She has a background in law firm accounting, which she left to enjoy competing her horses in three day eventing, and her dogs in AKC field events, obedience trials and agility trials. She is also the President of the Potomac Valley Golden Retriever Club.
